In the Vineyard
The grapes for this wine come from our Belén Vineyard in the Casablanca Valley. The combination of granitic clay soils with low fertility and the cold maritime climate result in very fresh grapes with great aromatic expression. The grapes are machine harvested at the precise state of ripeness with a selection of berries
In the Winery
The grapes are pressed, and the juice is decanted at low temperatures to obtain a very clean must. It is then fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 10º–12ºC, which enables the development of all of its varietal potential with citrus and fresh fruit notes. The new wine remains on its lees until bottling
In the Glass
